"Found some rare fabrics here"
Stumbled onto a few really nice rare fabrics I hadn't seen anywhere else. Good finds overall, defintely worth a look if you're hunting for something a little different.

"Pretty good help when my fabric was out"
One of the fabrics I ordered ended up being out of stock, which I was a little unsure about at first. But they emailed me quickly and explained the options, so it wasn’t really a big deal. Everything was handled smoothly and without much hassle. I did appreciate the clear communication.

I had to return some fabric that didn’t quite fit what I needed for my project. i was expecting some hidden fine print situation because return policies always feel like they’re designed in a back room to confuse us regular people, but this one was straightforward. The process went smoothly, no weird runaround or anything. I do wish the return shipping part was a little better, because that’s where they always seem to get you, but overall it wasn’t a big deal. I’d order from them again.

"Shipping was actually reasonable"
I ordered a few cuts of fabric and I was kind of expecting the shipping to be higher, because that’s usually how it goes, but it was actually really fair. It didn’t feel like they were tacking on a bunch of extra charges just to pack it up and send it out. Everything showed up fine too, so yeah, no complaints from me at all.

"Everything came just as expected"
My fabric order showed up today and it was all exactly what I picked out online. The yardage was correct, the colors looked right, and nothing was missing. that’s all I really needed. Even if there had been a tiny difference, I probably wouldn’t have minded much, but this was spot on. I’d definitely order from Fabric Mart again.

"Nice fabric, but the packaging…"
The fabric itself was actually really nice, so I was happy about that. But the package showed up kind of half open, and the fabric was all wrinkled inside. It wasn’t ruined or anything, just… I guess I expected it to be packed with a little more care for shipping.

"Nice fabric, but the yardage was short"
I ordered a few different cuts of fabric, and one of them ended up being almost half a yard short. The fabric itself was really nice, so that part was disappointing because I usually buy exact amounts for specific projects and it threw everything off. What made it more confusing was that the email said one thing, but the order details seemed to say another, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on at first. Customer service did help, but it was kind of slow. I’m not sure I’d order yardage from here again.

I ended up having to return some fabric because I ordered the wrong item, and I was ready for it to be a whole process. It wasn’t at all. Fabric Mart Fabrics got back to me quickly, and the refund went through without any annoying back and forth. Super straightforward, no weird issues, and I really appreciated how easy they made it. "Shopping on my phone was a hassle"
I really like the fabric options, but using the site on my phone was frustrating for me. Pages were loading slowly, and the filters didn’t always do what I needed them to do. I kept having to go back and redo my search, which got old really fast. Checkout was fine once I finally got there, but it took me way too long to find what I wanted. I’d probably shop more if the site was easier to use...
